Risk Alternatives provides a series of 12 monthly coaching sessions focused on operations, IT, finances, talent management, reputation management, sales, risk management, compliance, planning and visioning, governance, and external forces that could impact the business.

At each session, your CEO, COO, or CFO will engage in a thorough discussion of one of these topics and will come away with new resources, approaches, and perspectives about how to maximize performance. You gain the following benefits:

Confidential feedback. You gain the ear of a trusted advisor who can help you think through your challenges in a non-threatening, constructive environment.

Quarterly check-ins. Risk Alternatives emphasizes feedback loops as part of the learning process. As a result, in addition to the 12 monthly sessions, we engage in four quarterly reviews at which we work with you to determine what’s working and what needs improvement — on your end and ours.

Summary memorandum. At the conclusion of the year of coaching, Risk Alternatives provides a detailed memorandum noting the issues discussed and additional resources available for further exploration.
